I had a problem with moisture in my bathroom, so I bought an exhaust fan that included a heater at one of the big home improvement stores. The old one was working because it was right next to the shower. The owner told me to put a piece of toilet paper up to see if the new fan was blowing, but it's not. The bathroom is so small.
