Lazaro replaced a broken kitchen tile for us last week. Before he arrived, Linda, from the office called to let me know he was on his way. When Lazaro arrived he explained what he would do, and then he did it. He cleaned up the debris as he chipped out the old tile, and when he left, the area was spotless. The tile installation great - you would never know it was replaced. They are perhaps more expensive than someone else, but I would use them again.
