Danny was very knowledgeable and took care of my issues very good. I do think however that he over charged his time. The appointment was for 0930 and he showed up just a few minutes before that maybe 0925 and finished at 1130 but he charged me for 2.5 hrs. I questioned him but he mumbled something and I let it go. I don't know if he was confused about his arrival time or whatever the... I was just happy to have my job complete.
