I had seen their trucks around town so when I noticed a leak coming down the wall around a window I wrote down the number from their truck and gave them a call. Their customer service was good, they were able to get me an appointment right away. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He was able to assess the problem quickly and efficiently then he explained his findings to me. He told me that he found flashing that was loose so he would put caulking in it and some nails in to secure it, he explained the whole process step by step.
