Both Technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me what the issues were and how they were going to proceed. Also provided an option just in case the repair of the hardwired doorbell became cost prohibitive. Took just a little longer than expected; but well worth the effort !! The end result, is that I now have a working (lighted) doorbell with chimes on both the first floor & basement. Job was well done !!
