The technicians were very professional
My son and his wife needed a broke pull down attic ladder replaced. I was not an easy job. Two technicians were sent to do the job. They removed the old ladder and then left to get the replacement ladder. They came back with a much better ladder and installed it. My son and his wife are extremely happy with the new ladder.
