I hired Over The Top Refinishing, initially, for a bathtub refinishing, and again, to install two new toilets. Both the company and the owner are wonderful! John, the owner is very friendly. He's personable, funny, honest, and trustworthy. He's great to work with, and I'm glad to have found this company. I've never had any problems with them, and I appreciate how easily and well everything's gone, up to this point. Would definitely recommend!
