Over the Top Refinishing installed a bathtub at one of our rental properties. It worked out well and the tenants are very happy with it. He was pretty thorough when I talked to him on the phone and told him what we wanted. He told me everything he as going to do and really lived up to it. I was very happy with the work. I thought the price was fair. I hadn't worked with them in the past but I would go back again. The gentleman who owns the business was just very easy to talk to, personable, and professional.
