I definitely give Over The Top Refinishing five stars because of the quality of the job they did. They would not leave there until the job--a bathtub and shower surround in a house I'm remodeling--was done right. I've been a general contractor for 30 years and have worked with a lot of subcontractors, and Over The Top Refinishing was by far one of the best ones I've ever dealt with. They are one of the best because of the quality of their work, the finished product, and the price.
