My experience with John from Over The Top Refinishing was excellent. He was very helpful and took the time to explain the differences between what he does as opposed to other companies that offer a similar service. He suggested I take the opportunity to further research my options after giving me the information so I did. I shopped around and he was very competitively priced compared to other options out there. He even threw in a non-slip floor lining for the tub and still beat out other competitors prices. He was very personable and provided superb customer service.

When it came to doing the work, he went above and beyond to make sure every area was appropriately corrected and met the quality of work he guarantees. He's very clean too. Some companies don't seal off your entire bathroom, but he covered every inch to make sure that if the spray leaked out it wouldn't make a mess or affect other parts of the bathroom. I appreciated that he also gave me a free bottle of special cleaning soap and maintenance instructions to help me avoid needing another refinishing in the future. It was truly great experience, I would definitely call them again and his name says it all ...John is "Over The Top" the best!
