Calling for any sort of HVAC or Plumbing issue is scary because I always assume that it will be something major and will cost a ton of $$$$. So it all started with our hot water heater going out and after shopping around, allowing Choate's to install a tankless system and signing up for Choate's top tier maintenance plan in the process (thinking I may have just wasted money but wasn't sure). NOT A WASTE OF MONEY! Having a real AC issue and the offset of cost for repair was the first savings. The real bonus was with that plan where I got three very thorough inspections (AC/Heating/Plumbing). Every technician that I have seen as been extremely professional (Bruce for HVAC and Will for plumbing are just two I wanted to mention by name). They helped identify a few minor issues that prevented major ones, were NOT pushy in explaining additional product/service options, and took the time to explain everything they were looking at and making recommendations on. VERY happy with this service and HIGHLY recommend you use Choate's for all of your needs. Take the scary out of HVAC and Plumbing....seriously! CALL THEM TODAY!
