I give Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing high marks because they showed personal care and took into consideration our situation. They weren't pushy and they gave us what we needed; and, in terms of time, they were exemplary because we were not inconvenienced at all in any way. They were clean, efficient, knew their job and explained everything I needed to know before I left. They even waited until I got home to show me everything that I needed to know and to make sure that it was what I wanted and that everything was working fine. They walked through the whole house and I never would have known anybody was in there because they were that clean in the cleanup.

They put in a complete AC and heating system and what all comes with that. The price was wonderful, and they just worked well with our budget and helped us as if they were part of our family. It works great and it's what we needed. Thanks to them I have a good day everyday and can't say enough good about them. They called us back and checked up on us, and I just appreciate them and would recommend them to anybody.
