Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing installed our water heater and they were very prompt abut getting out to help us with our hot water.
There were some questions about what we were expecting so they went back and discussed it with the man that scheduled the service and they got clarification and then they came back out and did exactly what we expected them to do. I guess it was just misunderstanding about what they were supposed to do but it was fixed at the end.
Both times they came they were on time and they were very good about being patient when we had questions on the one thing and then they came right back out and got it all done the second time.
They did a temporary fix so that we had hot water until the final repair took place. They were good.
