the tech was late. scheduled for noon to five. called at 2:30 said he would be there at 3. I called him later (after 3 )and he said he was still on the other job would be there at 5.
arrived at 6, stayed till 8, fixed and was very nice, fair , honest. he acknowledged that their duct cleaner guy who came two days earlier had accidentally closed the door on a wire, shorting out the transformer and he provided a new transformer without charge.
