I was very happy with the promptness of installation. Great care was taken to be carefull with my property. The installer and his helper were both great. I gave a 4star on quality and overall experience because I felt the price was a bit high for the water heater and installation. I had to pay extra to get an extended warranty. But this is the third time I have used Choates and I appreciate the company's honesty and employees so I paid more than if I had used Lowes or Home Depot.
