I've used Choates for a few years now on a yearly basis for maintenance. Earlier this year, I had to have a new AC unit installed and took advantage of their low financing which enabled me to get it. Since then I've had to have two commode rebuilds and a kitchen faucet installed, and the central heat repaired. They were quick to come out, professional and made good on their word/work. I just purchased a yearly agreement because of all of these things.
