The former owner of my place had the paperwork for Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing already and after seeing and hearing good things about them on TV, I decided to give them a call to look over my heating and air conditioning units. When I first gave them a call, they treated me very kindly over the phone and sent a technician out to check the heat for my home before the seasons changed to winter. The technician himself was really helpful and did a very thorough job. I am very satisfied with his work and happy that I didn't pay any more than what they advertised on TV. I feel confident in having them come back out to get my units ready for spring.
