I called Choates because the AC unit in my attic was leaking water from the condensate pipe down through my ceiling. Andy w/Choates diagnosed the problem as a major clog in the drain, used pressurized air to clear the clog, and checked everything out. I have used Choates for a number of years . . . they are always dependable, courteous, knowledgeable, and their charges are reasonable. I trust them completely with my all HVAC needs.
