Consultant (Jeremy) came by and completed an evaluation but was not able to find the problem. He filled the freon level and wrote recommendations if the problem continued. 5 days later (Sunday) I had the same problem. He came back and still couldn't find the problem (leak). He refilled the freon again and scheduled another appointment. Jeremy came back the next day with another technician and they found the problem. They scheduled a date and time to repair the leak. Throughout this process my comfort was important and not once was I without air conditioning.
