We are very pleased with our experience in dealing with Choates. After hearing their ad on the radio for the Mitsubishi split air conditioning system, we called for more information. Within a day and a half, we had a knowledgeable 'comfort specialist' at our house and a week later, the system was installed. Our once hot sunroom is now wonderfully cool. The installer came on schedule and did an excellent job. He also took ample time to show us how to operate our new system. We are 100% satisfied with our Choates experience.
