Once again, Choate's saved our lives. August 1st, I came home and the house was 90 degrees. It was some kind of hot. In fairness, I knew no one was coming out that night because it was late but I called Choate's and one other company. My thought was "first come, first serve", Well not only did Choate's call and come by first thing Sunday morning, but the tech immediately found the problem. He fixed it and explained it to us very professionally. I will only call Choate's from now on. They always take care of us and never take advantage of us. Thanks!
