I am extremely satisfied with the service we received from Choates. Our service technician, Ryan, could not have been more polite, more informative and nicer while he was here. He fully explained what the problem was and what was needed to fix it as well as the cost associated with the repair. I requested Ryan to be our technician for our next call which was for a maintenance issue to clean our A/C coils. I have become a Choates fan!
