I was impressed with how fast Choate's was able to send out a technician to service my air conditioner during a particular hot period in July. They were able to send someone the following day. In addition, the technician was able to come out a little earlier than planned, probably because of a cancellation earlier in the day. He was very professional and was knowledgeable in what was wrong with the unit. And was willing to check on freon levels of both units as well as leaks. The a/c is working very well now. I would definitely recommend Choate's and plan to use them again in the future.
