Andy came out and did a tuneup on my system and added Freon as well . He was very professional from the very start. He had shoe covers for walking in my home. He thoroughly checked the inside system and went over his findings with me in detail. He then serviced the outside unit. This involved checking all the components and then thoroughly cleaning the coils. He added freon to the system which I expected since this was the 1 st service in 14 years. He took the time to explain everything he needed to do as well as what he had done. I could not be more pleased with the service I received . I would not call another company for service and will always recommend Choates to all friends and contacts.
