Had to have the HVAC system tuned. The Choate service person, I think his name was Burt, was very good. I loved that he did not want to even gently lay equipment down on my hardwood floors. He also told be about the maintenance program that's really kind of like insurance and wasn't pushy. He gave me the info to read while he was cleaning and inspecting my AC system. It is a really good deal, so I bought it. For for just $29 a month, I'm a preferred customer and pay no service fee even if I have to call nights or weekends. This is the second time I've used Choate's and now, they have become my exclusive HVAC peeps.
