I get my air conditioner serviced every year to check Freon levels and have the coils cleaned. In the past, I've gone with the cheapest deal available on Groupon to save money, but have always been disappointed with the level of competence and job quality. Choate's is a completely different story. I first heard about Choate's from a coworker who spoke highly of the company, even though they weren't as cheap as the bargain brand company. I now see that when it comes to A/C service, you definitely get what you pay for. Choate's exceeded all of my expectations. The technician was very friendly, patient, fair, extremely knowledgeable, and performed a thorough job. Scheduling my appointment was seamless, the receptionist was polite, and the technician called in advance as promised. I will not use a different company in Memphis for my heat or air conditioning needs; I will definitely be calling Choate's again. I highly recommend this company!! A+++
