I've used a couple of different providers in the past but never really satisfied - never really sure if I was getting good advice or good value for my money. That has all changed with Choate's. They didn't try to up-sell me nor paint a gloom and doom picture. They clearly laid out the options and explained changes in freon coming down the road so I could make an informed decision. The men performing the installation were super professional and courteous and made sure the work areas were clean before leaving. I've found my HVAC company!
