I noticed my hot water tank was leaking into the pan underneath it and I panicked. I was discussing my problem with my coworkers and I mentioned I wanted to replace my tank with a tankless system so I was going to call another company because I remembered their ad saying they install those systems, and two people came out of their office to tell me NO! do not use that company...use Choates! I am very glad I listened to them because I had a wonderful experience with your company. The guys who came out (very quickly!) were professional, quick, clean, thorough, and nice. It took less time than they originally quoted. They were at my house exactly on time, worked non-stop, and cleaned up like they had never been there. Everything they did (built a wall in the attic to attach the system to, installed a new gas line, etc.) looked top notch! They seemed to truly love working for Choates and said very nice things about the Choates family, and I really appreciated that. I love my new tankless system and I'm a very satisfied customer! My house is 12 years old so things are starting to need repair. I will be calling you for all of my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs!
