We had our ducts cleaned by Choate. The servicemen were very thorough and a pleasure to have in our home, very thoughtful and cleaned up all areas where they worked.
Yesterday Charlie came by to check our air conditioner upstairs because it wasn't cooling. Again timely and thorough in fixing the problem - even replacing batteries in our old thermostat for no charge. Will definitely be calling Choate for any air or heat issues.
