I called and got an appointment within a day after the issue started with my HVAC system. It was diagnosed as a bad damper motor. There was no pressure to get it done and the technician wrote up the problem so I could submit it to my home warranty company. When would not fix it under the warranty, I called back and Choate's came out the next day. The technician called and was at my house faster than I had expected. He replaced the motor and the unit works better than ever. Choate's was honest, quick turn around, and I paid exactly what was quoted. I will be using Choate's again.
