We bought a new A/C unit from Choates that froze up twice. Turns out it was a manufacturer equipment defect in the new unit. Choate's worked aggressively to remedy the situation and provided outstanding customer service. We were never charged a dime outside of the original quoted price and after the defect issue was replaced we have never had another issue. When we had a pipe burst a few winters ago they were also there immediately to assist. Over the last 5 years we have never had a bad service experience (includes a water heater, shower valve replacement, servicing old A/C, and repairing furnace). Company stands behind their workmanship.
