When we moved into our home in Collierville we had a new HVAC system installed. Being in the industry, we had two systems with the latest communicating technology installed for better energy efficiency. Recently, we had a power surge due to weather that shorted out the boards on both systems rendering them inoperable. We made a couple of phone calls to local technicians, both of whom had not been trained on the new communicating protocol, and therefore could not make the necessary repairs. Since the units were Comfortmaker (made by Carrier), we called Choate's on the recommendation of an industry contact. Rick was dispatched and, in very short order, was able to fully diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. The pricing was fair and Rick was very courteous.

Since I travel regularly for business, we immediately enrolled in a service agreement with Choate's to ensure that not only is the system well maintained and operating optimally, but also to ensure we get priority if a similar problem were to arise in the future.

I would recommend them highly (and have) for any HVAC issue.
