The people from Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing were great. They were respectful of my home. The duct work based on the pictures looks great. I didn't crawl around in the attic to inspect it in person. They did a good job bringing in the new units. My only complaint that I mentioned to Penny is that my downstairs unit turns on frequently for short periods of time. The manager told me that it must not take very long to cool down the space. I'm worried it might burn itself out, but as long as it's under warranty I won't complain if it works the way it's supposed to.
