Choate's is number one with me. I was impressed from the start. I knew I needed a new system but there were so many companies to choose from that I randomly pulled up Choate's website and sent a request for an estimate on a late Friday night so I would not put it off any longer. To my astonishment, I received a call back in less than an hour and had an appointment the following Monday. I was sold!! The top to bottom total house review and detailed discussion with Darren K. was very impressive. On a 100 degree day, Darren was up in the attic documenting everything with pictures to make sure I was kept informed along the way. Once completed with the home once over, the sit down discussion was very comfortable. I was provided multiple options and there was absolutely no pressure to select the right option or the push to "purchase more than I really needed". A very professional, technical breakdown of the options were presented. Darren made the choice so easy and I was ready for installation within a few days.
I cannot say enough about the two man team of Allen and Cole. They arrived on time working at an amazing pace paying attention to every detail. The team completed the major job and all the clean up all in one day. They were so efficient and considerate that I was without air for a very short time. Professional, friendly and efficient (all the great words) even after working in the horribly hot attic. They were awesome!!
I really cannot say enough about Choate's overall. I am just so happy I picked the right company/family.
