Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing did a great job! All the techs showed up on time, worked quickly, and provided me with good, quality information and timely quotes. My only critique is that, whenever I try to get someone on the phone to talk to me through the quotes, I get sent to sales, who are not very knowledgeable about what's actually contained in the quotes. It's not very useful, as sales doesn't seem to know much about the actual details of what they're trying to sell. But other than that it's been great, and I would definitely use them again.
