After a year and a half of them installing my ductless heat pump, which is awesome by the way, I decided to let them do a so-called tune up on my system. It consisted nothing more of the technician cleaning my filters, hosing off my outside unit, and checking the air temp coming out of the evaporator coil. I was expecting so much more. The only thing he did different that what I do on a regular basis is check the air temp. I already clean my internal filters and wash off my exterior unit with my hose. So disappointed! $64 and change for nothing. I'll never call them again unless I'm actually having a problem with my unit.
