Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing installed a new HVAC unit for me. I have had nothing but problems with this unit since, they have replaced the thermostat, the compressor, and they also fixed a leak in the freon line. There was also an issue with the gas line not installed properly. Every service technician from Choate's that has come out to service this unit on numerous occasions has told me that this unit was not installed properly six years ago. There was a point where my house was 95 degrees and the AC would not kick on at all. I think that if this system wasn't installed correctly, they need to replace the system or refund my money.
