Everything was fine with my most recent experience using Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing. I purchased my HVAC unit from them, and am also signed up with their maintenance plan, and not too long ago I had them out to do a checkup of my heater for the upcoming winter. The technician did an excellent job and was very helpful. However, I am concerned because the price for their maintenance plan has gone up substantially. Not only that, but they also cut out a lot of services. So although I enjoyed their services, I am not happy that they've almost tripled their maintenance plan prices.
