Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing come out twice a year to do the maintenance on my heating and air conditioning unit. I was pleasantly surprised when I called to schedule the appointment that a lady would be coming out for this service call. This would be a first for me, and I was excited! Carlie arrived on time and did a good job of cleaning the heating and air conditioning system. She also replaced the filters. She was a good conversationalist and very professional. It was refreshing to see a lady in this line of work. I told her that I was going to request her every time my maintenance was due! Excellent service call!
