Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing customer service from the front to end is a five-star rating! The first time calling them and their ability to arrive the same day is terrific. The service technician arrived on time, was very professional, forthright, and to the point. We are having an issue with ductwork that has collapsed, and it is not feeding air throughout the house, which makes the unit run continually. This technician was observant and detailed to the point of noticing an issue with the hot water heater simply by glancing at it. When checking the furnace, he found that there was no filter in the unit which was surprising to us as we have just purchased this home and the inspector had taken a picture of the HVAC unit with a filter in place. He replaced that for us. Choate's is due back today to give a quote for the repair of the ductwork and the issue with the water heater. This will be an issue with the home warranty company which I hope will be resolved. I wanted to let Choate's know that I appreciate the fantastically quick service and the honesty and attention to detail around him. Choate's was recommended to me by coworkers and I would certainly recommend them to others.
