I want to thank Choate's for having good customer service which is very important to me. Shelia was very nice an accommodating. She went beyond to make sure she answered my questions. A text was sent the day before and Scott, called 30 minutes before appointment. Scott was very polite, his uniform was clean and he put shoe covers on when in and out the house, Scott was very knowledgeable and went beyond to show my husband things to look for. concerning our water. Choate's came out last year to clean ducts and vents and did a wonderful job. Choate's will always be considered for future jobs, Thanks
