We have been Choates customers for several years. Having an old home means sooner or later stuff is going to give out. They first installed our new heating/air units. (Loved the reduction in our utility bill!). They came out promptly to replace our malfunctiong toilet with an energy efficient fast flush/fill model (our old one took 2.25 minutes to fill the tank!). When the sewer line corroded under the house they were the ones we called. Just this past month our hot water heater gave up the ghost and they were out in no time to replace it. The workers that have come out have all been so courteous and patient with my questions, and work out financing to fit within our budget.
