With the exception of being told I needed a 50 gallon hot water heater when I actually was replacing a 65 gallon hot water heater everything else was great. When I spoke with service person at company they offered to compensate me for the wrong information their tech had given.
The installation staff was polite, helpful in making my final decision and kept the area clean throughout. Outstanding service.
