Tech arrived early in projected timeframe. After I let him know the issue he went to work and rapidly discovered the problem. Found all 4 mount brackets cracked or broken. Attempted repair with parts on hand but no joy. Called and found replacement brackets at supply house. Went to get them and returned shortly and completed fix in no time. Very pleased with work done and air flowing again! Very personable and polite pleasure having him fix my system. Highly recommend Choate for all heat and air issues.
