The service technician, David, called and showed up on time. This was the 2nd time I have called Choates. The 1st time was for a different furnace problem, and it was fixed promptly. This time the problem was also fixed quick, with the technician giving a good explanation of the problem. I would recommend Choates as a company that has good service and reasonable prices.
