I called on a Monday morning from the office for a same day visit to my house for a minor plumbing issue. I knew within the hour that I had an appointment for that afternoon. I let my husband know. I was notified via text when the plumber was on the way and who it was. I let my husband know. I was also notified via email when the work was completed and the invoiced cost, which my husband paid at the end of the visit. The email arrived even before my husband had time to call! I was particularly impressed by the scheduler, who took the time to take notes from me for the plumber.
