Good comms with office. Technician came when they said he would. He called in advance like I asked. Notified of appt via text. Small glitch in system stating "tech coming on date below" but there was no date. I'm sure this can be corrected.

I thought tech did good assessment of my not so minor issue, explained it well, took pictures under the house, in detail.

They will most likely get the job.
