I called Choates to have an Issue diagnosed with my HVAC drain’s. Choates was very speedy on sending a tech to my residence to help me alleviate my problem. The tech Ronnie W called approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival and he arrived exactly at the time he described, the tech was very courteous and make sure to wear shoe covers even though I told him he didn’t have to. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution for me. They work performed by Choate’s and the tech they sent out was immaculate. I would recommend Choate to any of my friends and family and I would definitely request Ronnie W for the service
