Lewis was the technician that responded for my call for service, and as usual for the Choates' staff, he did not disappoint. He was prompt, courteous, clean, and proficient at his job. Not my first time to call on Choates and it won't be my last, at least if they are willing to drive the extra miles to my new home in Henderson, TN!
