The last time I used Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing was back in the spring, and it was probably just a preventive maintenance visit, just kind of tuning things up for me--an ordinary routine thing that needed to be done on the air conditioning unit. The technician was communicative and conscientious and very much respectful. It was totally easy to make an appointment, just a matter of picking up the phone and making a call. And the time they came was based on my schedule--and they were convenient. Everything with the unit is fine, and they are coming out next week to do the fall tune-up.
